Encuentros: Preparing for Post-Election / Governing, Organizing, Sustaining

  • Phoenix Valley (location emailed after signing up) (map)

Join Instituto's Power's Encuentros: Preparing for Post-November / Governing, Organizing, Sustaining—featuring special guest Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes!

Our Encuentros series is a set of convenings designed to encourage collaboration and growth among both civic and direct service leadership. It is a space for leaders to learn, ideate, and discuss what's coming up to help us move closer to greater alignment and clarity as an ecosystem.

Our first one of 2026 is about the critical months following the November election. How and where will we be governing? What organizing will shift, evolve, or ramp up? Who are the groups sustaining our communities through mutual aid and tangible support, and how will we collectively respond to the growing needs of our communities?

This convening is for:

  • Executive Directors

  • Senior leaders in an organization who are working on governing, organizing, and/or sustaining our communities

Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as you can. This event is invite-only. Please limit sending one staff member per organization.

For the invite link, please email us political@institutopower.io.
